Over the course of nearly two decades, Mrs. Smith has demonstrated unwavering dedication, continuous growth, and impactful leadership within the field of Human Resources supporting Federal contracts. Mrs. Smith immerses herself in the intricacies of personnel management, cultivating a foundation that propelled her to the role of HR Manager. Throughout each phase, Mrs. Smith navigates the nuanced landscape of HR, contributing to the seamless functioning of organizations with a keen eye for strategic talent acquisition and employee relations.

Mrs. Smith continually progressed in her career culminating in her current role of HR Director at DPCG.  In this capacity her responsibilities encompass the orchestration of comprehensive workforce strategies. Drawing on her 20 years of experience in Human Resources as a Federal contractor, Mrs. Smith applies the complexities of HR to drive diversity within the workforce. A staunch supporter of veterans in professional settings, Mrs. Smith actively advocates for the recruitment of our nation’s best as well as brilliant civilian employees, fostering teams that thrive on excellence and collaboration.

Mrs. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tarleton State University and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Mrs. Smith maintains her commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of HR best practices.
